We just got one more reason to eat more chocolate. Consuming cocoa powder high in antioxidants leaves the skin more hydrated, less scaly and less susceptible to wrinkles. For best results, go in for dark chocolate with more than 70% cocoa in it.

Red Grapes

Slow down aging with red grapes. They are a good source of resveratrol which slows down the physical effects of aging including wrinkles and formation of fine lines. The awesome thing is resveratrol is also found in red wine. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of research done around the number of glasses one has to drink before experiencing the benefits of resveratrol.

Green Tea

A lot of people are fans of black tea compared to green tea. If you're of such people, get ready to be mesmerized with the benefits of drinking green tea. Green tea contains compounds known as catechins  which helps in giving the skin a healthier look. Drinking more green tea, without milk, helps improve the moisture and elasticity of the skin.
